Telehandler Training
At Engaged Training Solutions, we believe that safety training should do more than meet minimum requirements, it should drive real understanding, improve jobsite confidence, and reduce risk. Our Telehandler Training is designed to do exactly that, with an approach that’s hands-on, practical, and participant-focused.
Protect Your People, Your Equipment, and Your Business
Our telehandler training program is built to reduce workplace incidents, improve operator performance, and extend the life of your equipment through proper handling and maintenance. Designed for both telehandler operators and supervisors, this hands-on training gives participants the knowledge and practical skills they need to confidently operate telescopic forklifts and maintain safe, compliant operation on any jobsite across Ontario.
Before any practical evaluation begins, each participant completes a detailed pre-operational inspection process, learning how to properly assess the telehandler, evaluate the work environment, and identify potential hazards before operation starts. From there, operators move into guided hands-on telehandler training, where they build familiarity with machine controls, load charts, lift capacity, and safe load handling techniques. Our experienced instructors reinforce best practices for safe telehandler operation, including boom extension management, stability, lift planning, and safe maneuvering on uneven or congested job sites.
By combining classroom theory with real-world practice, our telehandler training in Ontario helps companies meet regulatory requirements while building confident, competent operators who know how to operate safely, minimize risk, and prevent costly equipment damage.
