Our Purpose
At Engaged Training Solutions, we're revolutionizing the way Health & Safety and Leadership & Sales Training is delivered across Ontario. Our roots are firmly grounded in the operational expertise of Zelus Material Handling and the broader industrial experience of Ardent Industries. What began as internal training programs to support safe equipment operation and leadership development within these organizations has grown into a full-service training division, purpose-built to serve businesses across multiple industries. Drawing on the practical, hands-on knowledge gained through years of manufacturing, service, and material handling operations, Engaged Training Solutions was created to help companies build safer, stronger, and more capable teams, one training session at a time.
